Return policy by RC RollerDear customers, please, pay attention - here comes our website’s return/refund policy.

We make sure our clients pay only for top quality products. That is why prior to dispatching any products according to your orders we check their condition. We do our best to provide a flawless condition of all products delivered to you, but sometimes the damage can be done to an item by accident, during the process of delivery. If you occurred in such situation, we ask you to contact our managers by means of this email support@rcroller.com within 72 hours after receiving a damaged parcel.

We ensure you get:

  • A refund in a case you received a used item instead of a brand new one. You can expect to get brand new products since our websites sells only such items (unless a product’s page contains certain specifications on its used condition);
  • A refund by the SAME PAYMENT METHOD (and only by it) you choose to pay for an item you want to return;
  • A brand new product instead of the defective item. But you can’t replace the item you return with another product, only with the same but not defective item (unless the product you want to return is no longer available on our website).

We do NOT refund:

  • Items a buyer have opened or used before a return;
  • Any charges connected with shipping of the items you return.

To get a refund you SHOULD:

  • Contact our managers by email before you return (send back) the defective item. Do NOT return an item without getting an approval from our workers – otherwise the item won’t be refunded;
  • Return the defective items from your order in the SAME condition as you received them – unopened and unused;
  • You can return a product ONLY WITHIN a WEEK (no more than 7 days after receiving a parcel).

Also we draw your attention to the fact that a buyer pays for all resending or return shipping charges despite a situation (even if an item was damaged at a factory’s fault or during a delivery process by postal).
